Elimination Ceremony 6

From now on if a contestant does not cast their vote before 7 P.M. on Sunday they will get one vote cast against them. It is unfair to the other contestants and even more unfair to the person who gets eliminated.

And in case there was any confusion, the challenge winner votes as well.

"Okay guys, you need to be back on board in 3 hours! Enjoy!!" Mat said enthusiastically to his 9 contestants. This was immediately followed by cheers and the sound of feet scampering down the wooden ramp. He and Peng, like always, stayed on board and prepared for the night's elimination ceremony.

Due to their late arrival, the contestants only had a few hours to spend in the Soviet Union. The portion of their day was spent in the Space Race Museum!

"Welcome everyone to the first post-merge elimination of the season." Peng said to the 9 faces in front of him. For the first time every contestant was in the stands; the only people viewing the ceremony from the poolside was Sand Flipper and Guitarking97.

"You guys know the drill, but this time I want to give each of you a moment to reflect on your performance this week and so far this season." Peng stated.

There was a pause that lasted about 45 second. The atmosphere that surrounded the 9 players and the 4 hosts was so anxious that it could chill you to the bone. This was clearly to set the nerves for the contestants.

"Okay guys, as I call your names one by one, you will be able to breathe a bit easier. Wii as the challenge winner, is obviously safe from elimination." Wii smiled as Lewis patted him on the back with his flipper. The pair were both very successful in the previous challenge.

"Bumble, you are safe too, along with Andy." They gave very pleasant smiles as Peng said "Andre, Spoil, and... Powder. You guys are all safe too!" You could see the strain immediately leave the trio's faces. It is very hard to explain the stress and anxiety experienced in a gameshow when you are not immune... the only way for someone to understand would be for them to endure it themselves.

"Lewis... Lion... Drake. The 3 of you all got at least 1 vote." Lion broke out in a sweat and her lower beak quivered. Drake gave a very nerve-wracking shudder because, again, he was voted for. Lewis crossed his arms and rolled his eyes.... and then his name was called. "Lewis you are safe."

"Drake and Lion... one of you will be the first person eliminated from the season after the merge, and the other person will stay in the competition and compete again in the future of this season." Peng looked to Mat, Mat looked to Sand and GK, and they kept their eyes on Lion and Drake.

Lion.

Drake.

One person is safe.

One is not.

...

...

...

"Drake...." Peng said slowly,

"congratulations, you have escaped elimination again." Peng said. "Lion... your CPSkool adventure is over." Peng then looked down at his feet.

Her eyes filled with tears and she covered them with her flippers in embarrassment. Mat ran over to her and grabbed her flippers "It's okay Lion..." he said to her.

Peng put the mic up to his beak and said "Lion, you have fought very hard this season, and no matter what the odds were you showed up with nothing less but dedication. You should be extremely proud of yourself, not everyone gets to the merge in a CPSkool season."

Lion was embraced by all 8 of her ex-competitors in a very large group hug. This moment was extremely magical and touching. The contestants this season have built a bond with each other in the last 9 weeks that cannot ever be broken.

Lion gathered her belongings and walked out onto the top deck, past the pool that she will never get to swim in again, and back to the stage. This is the last time she will ever see this stage, the same stage in which 5 of her contestants had been voted off in the past. The chopper landed as always, and she climbed on board. She wiped a tear away and waved good-bye to all of her friends and the chopper flew off into the distance.

The 8 remaining players were visibly upset. Each week that passes, it only gets harder and harder to eliminate.

The sun was setting right on cue, and the ship slowly moved out of the port.

Sadly, we say good-bye to Lion.....

S5C4 - Hopefully We Don't Get Censored!

Early in the morning, Andre, Lew, and Andy were running in place and doing exercises to get ready to compete against the girls. Drake and Wii decided not to show up and overslept. PS2 was nowhere to be seen.

"Listen up...if this week was about making the best sandwich, we wouldn't stand a chance. But because it isn't, we've already won!" 

In the Girls Dorm, Powder wore earmuffs and Hannah had a pillow over her head as the Girls used exercises from Frostylittle's "Six Packs are Nothing: How You Can Be as Strong as ME". If you want to buy it, just go to the CPSkool Souvenir Shop; we may have it in stock, but it's a bestseller.

"We need to recover from our loss last week. The Boys are worthless! We've got this challenge IN THE BAG. Bumble's paper bag!" 

As the sky turned a purple/pink cotton candy color, and the sun turned dark orange as it set, the cruise ship stopped outside a forest on the coast of China. 

"Are we about to play in Minecraft in real life?" Lew asked. 

"If we are, I'll try and kill some chickens for us," Andy proclaimed. "if there are even chickens in China."

The contestants stepped off the cruise ship one by one, and they were now ready to compete in a fight over who can catch the most bunnies. Sadly, they couldn't keep them.

"Welcome, everyone!" Mat announced. "Today, you will all be catching bunnies with nets. We will count brown bunnies and black bunnies are bonuses, but white bunnies are more common, so they will be worth less. That isn't a racist comment, either, in case you were wondering."

Some contestants chuckled at the joke, and then they prepared to run for their lives around a forest. 

"This is like the Hunger Games," Andre added, smirking at the girls.

"Get that smirk off your face," Spoil yelled over. "You're going to be dominated!"

"Everyone knows Boys are the dominant ones," Andy laughed. "Go make me a sammich after you get finished crying from this loss."

After the bickering ended, the challenge began.

S5C4 - BUNNEHS!

Finally, we've got a challenge where I can take random pictures again!

Pandanda, in case you don't know already, is a multiplayer online game that resembles Club Penguin, to put it simply. There's a game in Pandanda called "Bunny Catching" where, obviously, you catch bunnies.

Here's how you get to the "Bunny Catching" Room:

First, you go to the homepage of Pandanda. Here, you should click on the "Play Now" button.

When you click "Play Now", you are directed to this screen. Here, you can create a new account. If you already have an account, login.

Here is the screen where you click on a server you would like to join. We will specify what server to join later on.

When you join a server, you will go to a room that looks like this. Most likely, the snow will be gone, but the building positions should look the same. Click on the button at the upper right of the screen that looks like a compass.

When on the map, click on "Darby Field". From there, you will be set to play "Bunny Catching".

"Bunny Catching" randomly takes place every couple minutes, so we may have to play a short game if "Bunny Catching" starts when we're getting set-up.

Here's how to play/win this challenge:

I don't want to make this post really long, so I'm going to explain how to play this quickly.

Every couple minutes, this panda called "Farmer Dan" will release bunnies and everyone in the room will have to catch them. 

The people on chat who aren't contestants can watch the challenge, but cannot catch bunnies. 

We will play 3 official games of "Bunny Catching". After we play these, I will count up the total amount of bunnies the contestants collected, and whoever caught the most out of 3 wins.

S5C3 - We Finally Got Here!

The contestants sat in the lobby of the cruise ship bored out of their minds. It was 2 weeks since the last challenge, they weren't getting their usual 2 million dollar paychecks (only 1.5 million for doing nothing).

Suddenly, the lobby door slammed open, and Mat had an Indian outfit on, with Peng playing a flute behind him.

Spoil looked at Mat with her beak wide open, and Andy's lips watered. 

"Hello, everyone!" Mat announced with a huge smile on his face. "We're about to board in India."

"What?!" Andre yelled. "Are we going to be doing..."

"Snakeban! WOO!" Powder shouted, jumping up and down. She high-fived Lion and Bumble, and everyone ran to the side of the cruise ship that released the slide to the dock in India.

"Wii and Hannah were sick today, and Drake, Lew, PS2, and Andreia didn't wake up yet, so I guess it's you 6!" Peng announced.

One at a time, everyone took a turn sliding down to the new country, where an exciting competition was about to go down...

...and maybe some other...motivations?

S5C3 - Welcome Back!

I guess since you know the deal, it's time to explain this challenge!

How this Challenge Works:
This week's challenge is pretty straightforward. We will be playing Snakeban on http://xat.com/cpskool.

Just like S5C1, there will be rounds. In round 1, we will take half the people who got the least amount of time completed, and they will go to round 2. Then, we keep going like this until the challenge is over.

Example:

If it's even:
ROUND 1) Bob gets 5 seconds, Tim gets 10 seconds, Billy gets 15 seconds, Sally gets 20 seconds.
Billy and Sally get disqualified from the competition.
ROUND 2) Bob gets 10 seconds, Tim gets 7 seconds.
Bob is disqualified, Tim wins

If it's odd:
ROUND 1) Bob gets 2 seconds, Tim gets 5 seconds, Billy gets 10 seconds, Sally gets 11 seconds, John gets 15 seconds.

Happy New Year!

Elimination Ceremony 2

It is sunset. The girls have spent the day processing the situation and reaching their decisions. They had done so well in the previous challenge and came so close this week that the loss was nearly unbearable. They exchanged glances at one another, knowing one of them was spending her last few minutes on the S.S. CPSkool.

The whole lot was on the top deck of the ship, this is the elimination area of the ship. The 6 guys watched the elimination from the end of the deck, some rested in lounge chairs, the atmosphere was so tense that one could hardly stand it.

As Mat and Peng walked out onto the deck they exchanged a gaze with the girls... The votes have been tallied. Peng waddled his way up the small stage and began to speak. "Good evening girls... I hope that each of you have enjoyed your time on our cruise and we hope that whoever is eliminated tonight leaves with positive memories." He looked out onto the sad faces, no words of encouragement would change the facts. "Mat has 6 pictures in his hand, these are the pictures that belong to the 6 girls that will remain on the cruise... Let's begin."

This is when it got really quiet, the sunset seemed to darken as the girls were running through the last week in their heads, it was only a few days ago that they left Club Penguin. "Bumble... you are safe." said Peng. Bumble smiled as Mat handed her picture over, and gave her a wink. She blushed at his gesture (who wouldn't?!) The guys applauded Bumble, she deserved her spot.

"Next... Powder and... Hannah!" The girls squealed as Powder turned around to hug Hannah, they both accepted their pictures with smiles on their faces. "Ok.... Spoil, you and Lion are safe as well!" They both delightfully looked up to Peng and then accepted their picture from Mat. Spoil looked up at the sky and slowly closed her eyes, she was very thankful. Lion was happy, but looked sadly at Andreia and Abby. One of them is about to be eliminated.

"Abby and Andreia... You have both done exceptional this week. Abby, you got 4th place in this challenge, you should be very proud of yourself! Andreia, your picture was very nice and well drawn, you did great too..." Mat said, interrupting Peng. Peng closed his eyes for a second... and then said:


"Andreia, you are safe." Andreia looked in disbelief, but then accepted her picture from Mat. She immediately put her arm around Abby. Abby began to quiver, even with the comfort from her ex-competition, she was still trying to keep it together. Mat looked sadly at her, she has been his friend for a while. He went up to her and they exchanged a hug. A tear ran down her face.

The boys seemed somewhat shocked, after Abby earned 4th place in the challenge some of them didn't expect it to be her. "Abby, I'm sorry. Please get your belongings, say your good-bye's, and be prepared to leave on the helicopter soon... It will take you back home." Peng walked away and left the deck without any other words, nobody could tell if he was upset or not.

The sunset slowly turned to a starry night sky, the chopper came and landed on the massive deck, and Abby boarded it with a final good-bye. Her adventure was over but we all hope she enjoyed the last 2 weeks and remains a friend to us all.

S5C2 - Hot Chocolate

Boys' Meeting Room (9:50 EST)

Wii took a sip of his hot chocolate, and smiled over at the logs crackling in the fireplace. Andy jumped over the sofa and landed softly onto a pillow and reached for the remote. Andre snatched it from him and changed the channel to the news.

"Ratings are going sky high for Season 5 of CPSkool! After a successful first week, the contestants have to submit drawings that involve the holidays..."

Drake walked into the room with a huge smirk on his face. "I've already submitted my pic!" Lewis looked around and quietly announced that he was going to probably give in his picture at the last second.

Out of the whole group, PS2 wasn't even there.

"Ok guys," Andre declared after he muted the TV. "The girls got lucky last week, but that's because we didn't put our full 100%. It's Friday night, so let's just get these submissions in. I'll be handing mine in tonight."

Girls' Bedroom (11:30 EST)
A couple rooms over, the Girls were together watching "The Polar Express". Spoil and Powder were throwing popcorn at each other, Hannah was telling the girls to be quiet, Lion and Andreia were talking about their favorite movie, and Bumble was making them sammiches.

Suddenly, Hannah got a call on her cell phone from Mat.

"Hold on, can you pause the film?"

The orders were followed, and the cell was put on speaker.

"Heyyyy-lo, everybody!" Mat smirked.

"Heyyyy, Mat!" the girls replied in unison.

"Thanks for submitting all of your pictures in before the last second. I can't say the same for the Boys. Anyways, I'm calling to say that next week, we are taking a week off for Christmas, so you are all invited for the Secret Santa party!"

Everyone cheered, and then they went back to silence.

"That's pretty much all I had to say...have a good night!"

The Girls started talking all at once, and after a few good laughs, they continued the film and ate Bumble's mustard and sour cream sammiches.

"Uh...yum...Bumble..."

At 6 AM, each of the genders received a call from a different host telling them to visit the movie theater. Within the hour, everyone had ran to the destination in their PJ's complaining about how early it was. PS2 was even heard saying he needed his beauty sleep.

Once inside, everyone was served complimentary junk food for the film. When everyone was settled, the film began:

Yes, you heard it right, folks! Andy the Lego has taken the victory for the Boys, and now, right before the 1 week break, the Girls have to get rid of one of their own!

S5C2 - It's a Holly, Jolly Skoolmas!

You can smell it in the air (Bumble's farts)! It's your favorite time of the year...Skoolmas!

We decided that because we are taking next week off, we would have a holiday-themed challenge.

How This Challenge Works:

This challenge is pretty straightforward: Just make an image either on the computer or on paper about the holidays.

Remember that you don't have to make a Christmas photo, it could be about Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, or even just Frosty(little) the Snowman.

Also, you cannot get images from the computer. You must either draw it by hand, or use a mouse, tablet, etc. to draw it.

Elimination Ceremony 1

"Okay girls, you may all board the cruise!" said Penguin874. The 7 girls immediately gathered their belongings and began to prance their way onto the ship, Bumbleface turned to her brother Owl1096 and gave him a comforting smile. She then turned her attention back to the boat and delightfully walked up the ramp.

"Okay guys... You know what is next. I will let you guys decide what you want to do, but I need you to enter your ballot within the hour." Peng said to them. He gave Sand Flipper and Guitarking97 a quick wave and they boarded the ship, wishing the boys luck.
The boys looked at one another, summing eachother up and going over the challenge that had just occured... this was going to be a tough decision.

The hour seemed to pass by too soon for the boys. They could hear the shouts of excitement from the giant ship as the girls celebrated. "I hope they don't take all of the good rooms..." said Andy The Lego. "I guess that's what we get for losing."

The sound of the CPSkool anthem began to play as peng walked upon the small stage set up in the dock. Behind a roped off area you could see the faces of many penguins watching, this was the first public elimination in CPSkool history. The lights around the dock lit up and Peng began to speak. "Welcome to the first elimination of the season. Tonight we are going to lose our very first contestant..." A heavy sigh swept the crowd of penguins. "Let's not fool around. As I call your name, go to Matbolabc and take your ticket. You may then grab your belongings and board the ship. Understood?" The contestants nodded in response. "First boy that will be joining us on our cruise is.... Wii wii wii1!" Wii smirked, deep down he knew he wasn't in trouble.

"Congratulations Wii!" said Mat as he handed over the ticket, Wii walked his way up the ramp and gave a fist pump on his way.

"The next person to join Wii and the girls on the ship is............ Lewis!" Lew hopped out of his seat and dashed to claim his ticket. The audience of penguins cheered, he clearly deserved this for getting to the final round in the challenge.

"The next 3 contestants that will board the ship are..... Drake, Andre, and.... Andy!" The trio exchanged glances and made their way to their golden tickets. Andy turned to Owl and PS2 and gave a frown. As the 3 guys waddled onto the ship, they exchanged nervous glances at one another.

Owl rolled his eyes while PS2 began to break a sweat. They have both waited for this shot for a long time, but sadly one of them cannot join the adventure.

Penguin874 gave a sigh as he announced the final result. During the long pause, it's as if you could hear a pin drop anywhere in Club Penguin. The audience was hanging onto every second, and the girls were now watching from the top deck. Bumble looked nervously at her brother as PS2's name was called.

"Partyslider2... you are joining the rest of the cast on the ship!" It took a few seconds to sink in, but PS2 looked in disbelief at Owl. He then scrambled his way over to Mat and exchanged a welcoming hug, grabbed his suitcase and waved to the crowd of cheering penguins, and he dashed up the ramp in pure excitement.

"Owl... I'm sorry but your adventure ends here. I am very sorry, thank you for trying hard in our challenge." Peng said.

Mat walked over to Owl and gave him a hug. "I'm sorry Owl, I hate that your time with us only lasted a short while... At least you have your sister to support." Owl looked up at his younger sister on the ship as she sighed. He turned away from the cruise and slowly walked into the crowd of penguins. A tear fell from his eye as he headed back to his igloo. His adventure was gone too soon.

Peng nodded at Mat as they both boarded the giant ship, greeted by the 13 contestants. As the crowd of penguins began to leave, the few who remained at the dock waved a good-bye as the ship slowly pulled out of the dock. The sun began to set and all 13 contestants gazed out onto the horizon and took one last look at Club Penguin.

S5C1 - Amazing Turnout!

Thanks for an amazing challenge, everyone! :)

Penguin874 took a deep breath and scanned the crowd of excited penguins ready to see the cruise ship head out. Behind him were all the chat owners and the contestants who were nervous and packed up.

"Ohai, everybody," he announced into the microphone. "As you can see, we've got everything ready to go, and we've even got cameras recording this historical moment...but before we go, we're going to have to do something very shocking..."

The audience gasped and looked at each other.

"Before we leave, we're going to hold a Card Jitsu tournament, and one of these lucky Bumble-O's owners will be eliminated before we even leave the Dock!"

The air got tense, and no one said anything. Security guards walked the group to the mountains, where their first competition was going to take place.

(Veterans of CPSkool most likely remember the first challenge after the failed hide and seek challenge called CAMO. After more than 2 years, we're back here again to make history like before.)

Outside of the Dojo, tons of penguins cheered and crowded the doors, holding signs with messages such as "GIRLS WILL MAKE WIN SAMMICHES!" and "BOYS WILL BE VICTORIOUS!" Guards had to break up fights for Team Sandwich and Team Awesome fans, and also a couple Team Jacob fanatics.

Inside, the contestants stared at each other with sweat rolling down their blubber.

"Ok, guys," Matbolabc said, putting on his Irish hat, "I have a list of people who will match up against each other. Of course, since I love breaking the third wall, I'll just have Peng write in the post who went against who with a bunch of pictures in between!"

Owl vs. Powder - Powder

The competitors were almost ready to pass out after finishing their first round. A snail even managed to get in!

Bumble vs. Andy - Bumble

Wii vs. Peng - Wii

Powder vs. Drake - Powder

Peng vs. Lewis - Lewis

There were now 2 boys and 2 girls, so I wasn't needed anymore. I did have a lot of fun competing you guys though!

ROUND 3)
Bumble vs. Wii - Bumble

Powder vs. Lewis - Lewis

It was now Bumble against Lewis, which meant that we were in the final round. Things were very tense as we waited for the results.

Suddenly, we figured out the winner...

Lewis collapsed on the mat when Bumble threw her last card and gained immunity for her fellow sammich-makers. There were silence for a couple seconds before everyone exploded with anger and excitement!

Because of this shocking result, the boys realized before they were even on their cruise, they had to get rid of one of their buddies.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Andreia and Spoil have 1 strike.

Lion, Andre, Abby, Andy, Hannah, PS2, Drake, and Owl have 1 ticket.

Wii, Powder, and Lewis have 3 tickets.

Bumble has 6 tickets.

Boys, you now have to choose 1 person to be eliminated. You have till tomorrow at around 6 EST.

Good job, girls and boys, we are now into game mode.

The first ever CPSkool challenge post was written September 5, 2009, and the last CPSkool challenge post was written on October 13, 2010. It's been over a year since something like this has been published, so I'd like to take a second to thank you all for an amazing year on chat, despite any fights.

I want to hit the ground running this season, so let's go!

By the way, the image was just for entertainment purposes. The actual challenge itself is in the Dojo so we can play original Card Jitsu.

We're going to start out the season with a Club Penguin challenge. Two things I want to make clear:

1) You don't need a membership for ANY of the challenges this season. 

2) A majority of the challenges will not be on Club Penguin, but there will be some on the island!

How This Challenge Works:

This challenge will put the teams against each other in a game of Card Jitsu tournament style. 

Let's say that there were 6 people at the challenge (A, B, C, D, E, F). Round 1 would be A vs. B, C vs. D, E vs. F. After that round, the winners could be A, D, and F. Round 2 would be A vs. D, and F would go against me. If F beats me, they will move onto Round 3, and if they lose to me, then whoever wins the match between A and D would be immune.

The challenge will end if a round is completely full of one gender.

Challenge Server:

This challenge has no specific server right now because we're going to choose a one-bar server on game day. 

Ways to Get Tickets:

You'll get 1 ticket for showing up.

If you win 2 matches, you'll get 2 tickets. This doesn't mean you will get 4 tickets for winning 4 matches and so on.

If you win the challenge, you get 3 tickets and immunity!

You can get a max of 6 tickets this week, so get out there and practice some Card-Jitsu!

Challenge Time:

The challenge date is Dec. 10th (11th in Australia), 2011.

This challenge times are:

4 PM - Pacific

5 PM - Mountain

6 PM - Central

7 PM - Eastern

11 AM - Melbourne

BE SURE TO TELL US IF THE TIME IS GOOD FOR YOU.

Please leave a comment below telling us if you'll be able to make it, or if something is coming up. If you think you will be late or you will have to leave early, tell us this as well. 

This will help us figure out how to make sure the challenge works.
