Elimination Ceremony 7

The 10 penguins waddled their way down the beach, following Wii. Master Wu Lee gave him a map to get back to the ship, they hoped they weren't too far away. The screeches of dozens of monkeys filled the air.

"I'm burnin' up! We've got too much blubber for this!" Yelled Andre as he tumbled over in the hot sand.

"Talk about a fish out of water..." snickered Drake.

"WHY WON'T THOSE MONKEYS SHUT UP!!" yelled an irritated Andy, who quickly dodged a heap of poo that a chimp began throwing at him. Everyone laughed, except for Wii who was fixated on the map.

Mat turned to Peng, "Do you think they fell for that whole charade?" he whispered.

"Yes, they really thought we were doing codeban!" he replied in a hushed voice. The pair chuckled at the oblivious contestants.

"Guys I think it's this way!" Wii yelled. He dashed his way down the beach and around a massive rock, the others followed behind, leaving Andre face down in the sand. Just around the corner was the sight of the massive cruise.

"Great job Wii!" Yelled Peng, who gave him a pat on the shoulder. "Well guys, the elimination ceremony will be in a few hours, until then feel free to enjoy this tropical beach!" said Peng, he and Mat began walking down to the ship, followed by their footprints on the surface of the soft sand.

"Well guys, here we are again." Peng said. The 8 contestants were all anxious to hear their fate. It was sunset and the wild noise of the African rain forest had hushed as the wild animals that inhabited it began to rest.

"Like always, I will call all but one name. The person I do not call has been voted off by their competitors and will leave shortly after the ceremony... Wii, since you won the challenge for the 2nd time in a row, you are safe again." Everyone applauded Wii who smiled and nodded his head.

Powder clapped too, but let out a deep sigh.

"Andy and Bumble, you are both safe from elimination tonight." Peng said. Bumble leaned over Wii, Spoil, and Lewis and reached to give him a high-five. They were safe yet again.

"Spoil, you and Andre are safe as well!"

Spoil fist pumped, as Lewis rolled his eyes from behind her. She turned around and stuck her tongue out at him. This pair has never gotten along with each other... Andre just sat there, he didn't suspect that he was in danger anyway.

"Lewis, Drake, and Powder... you all got at least one vote..." Peng said slowly.

Drake let out a sigh, this was the 3rd time in a row that his head has been on the chopping block. The contestants looked at him, they did not appear nervous at all.

"Powder and Lewis...." Peng started.

Drake let out a wimper, his arms dropped... he knew it was over.

"You guys...." Peng continued.

"Are safe..." Drake whispered to himself as a large frown covered his beak.

"Got the most votes, meaning Drake, you are safe."

Drake let out a cry of defeat like his life was over. He closed his eyes and then realized what Peng just said. "Wait what?!" he said, "I'm safe!" he shouted. He got a pat on the back from Andre as all of the contestants laughed. All except for Powder and Lewis.

"Lewis and Powder, neither of you came to today's challenge, maybe its coincidence that you got the most votes." Mat said, cutting off Peng. Lewis rolled his eyes, he did use his week-off pass after all.

Peng continued, "I'm sorry to say that...."

...

"Powder... you have been voted off..."

Powder sighed. 10 weeks gone by and it all just blew up in her face. She stood up to give Drake a big hug, the two of them are very close friends. *wink wink*

"Powder, you are one of the few contestants who has been with us before. In CP High you left the competition with 10th place... this time you got 8th. You should be proud of yourself and don't forget that this is not the end for you, you are still on the jury!" Mat said, breaking through the crowd of penguins around her.

Powder exchanged hugs, said good-byes, and went down to her room to pack her belongings. Soon she was back on the pool deck with her suitcase and stood with the others awaiting the arrival of the helicopter. It will take her back home to Club Penguin.

Powder again hugged Spoil and Bumble tightly, they were the last members of the girls team. "Stay strong." she whispered to them.

Within the hour the chopper was out of sight, and Powder was gone.

The tiki torches lit up instantly around the entire pool deck, and Sand Flipper kicked a stereo speaker which began playing music next to the elimination stage.

The 7 contestants looked around, puzzled.

"Congratulations to the top 7! You made it halfway through the season!" Yelled Guitarking through a megaphone. "LET'S CELEBRATE!!" he yelled.

Mat turned to Peng, who gave shook his head slowly with a large grin on his face.

The 11 penguins had a party under the stars that night, as the ship slowly left the African coast.

Congratulations top 7, you guys have survived half of the competition!
